PAYMENT & POLICIES
I do not accept medical insurance directly. Each session is fee for service, meaning payment is collected at the end of each therapy session. Many clients utilize their flexible spending dollars, health savings account
or medical savings account to pay for services. Cash, Zelle, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, and Venmo are accepted.I believe keeping insurance companies out of the therapy process allows sessions to be less prescribed and more effective. Insurance companies require clinicians to focus on diagnosis, treatment plans and proving positive outcomes. I do not want to focus on building a case for why you need care. Your progress in therapy should be organic, personal, and completely confidential. This is why I have opted to leave insurance companies out of our work.
Sliding Scale Available
I offer a reduced rate for clients with low income or significant financial hardship. Please contact me for more information.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an individual or group session, I request that you notify me (via phone/text) at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours will be charged the full session fee.
