Rates

$145 -Individual/Family Session (55 minutes)

$60- Group Therapy Session (90 minutes) 

“Sliding scale fees are available:

(Exception for the ZOLA grief and Trauma group)

Payments

Mind Spa Recovery accepts all Major credit cards, HAS, and Flex spending cards. Payment is collected electronically after each session. Mind Spa Recovery is considered an “Out Of Network Provider.” This means that we do not bill insurance directly. We will provide you with a Superbill that you can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Private Pay

Our clients prefer me individually tailored, client-centered experienced that is not at the mercy of the strict resistance of insurance and Managed Care companies. We want the freedom to provide you with the most effective individualized, client-centered, completely confidential care because we know people don’t fit in a neat package. 

Insurance has restrictive guidelines on the type of therapy, length of treatment, and goals to focus on. Insurance companies also require a diagnosis and access to client records which may not be appropriate for some of our clients who want to control their confidentiality due to their profession or other reasons. This is  Mind Spa Recovery’s primary driver to be a 100% Private Pay Practice.

Sliding Scale Available

Mind Spa Recovery offers a limited number of sliding scale fee sessions to clients with low income or significant financial hardship.

Cancelation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an individual or group session, we request that you notify us via phone/text or email at least 48 hours in advance of missed appointments, and less than 48 hours will result in being charged the full fee for the session. We consider that you may have an illness or an emergency and need to cancel, and no fee will be collected in these situations.
